Thankfully our store was already designed for large, private appointments so we do not need to put a limit on group sizes. However, we always recommend bringing just a few of your closest friends and family as to not become overwhelmed with too many opinions!
Do you offer steaming services for gowns/veils?
Once your gown/veil arrives, we will lightly steam your items at no charge. However, it is very likely that additional steaming may be needed after alterations have been completed. You may pay for additional steaming for $75. If you purchased your gown elsewhere, we are happy to providing a steaming service for $75.
Do you offer alterations?
Our Georgetown store does not provide in-house alterations. However, we have extremely talented local seamstresses that we will recommend upon your purchase.
When I find my dream dress, how much is required for a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit when ordering your gown. Since all orders are custom made, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made after deposit is paid. Our store is about 30 miles north of downtown Austin.
Do you offer steaming services for gowns/veils?
We will steam your gown and veil before your final fitting for no charge. We can steam your gown and veil again for $75 if you would like to bring your gown back for a last minute steam before the wedding.
Do you alter gowns that were not purchased from your shop?
Unfortunately, we only alter bridal gowns that were purchased from us. Our seamstresses are familiar with our designer’s gowns and are comfortable altering them to ensure the best fit. We want to make sure there is plenty of room in their schedule to help the brides who find their gown with us!
Do you carry plus size gowns?
Yes! We have a diverse selection of plus size gowns that is constantly expanding! Feel free to reach out to us personally and we will send you photos before your appointment of the plus size gowns we currently have in stock!
How far are you from Austin and Houston?
We are 1-1.5 hours north of Houston and we are about 2 hours east of Austin. Our shop is centrally located between Waco, Austin, and Houston.
Do you offer wedding gown preservation?
Yes! You can purchase a preservation kit any time for $375. The kit includes shipping container, order form, pre-paid shipping label, and tape to seal the box shut. Service includes cleaning, preservation and shipping both ways of your gown and up to five accessories. Backed with a 100 year guarantee.
